01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ttjl99 platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses or uses any service, game, promotion, or feature available on ttjl99.app. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments that may be published from time to time.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ttjl99. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ttjl99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ttjl99 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.

ttjl99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ttjl99. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. ttjl99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify ttjl99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify ttjl99 of any unauthorized access.

ttjl99 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ttjl99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ttjl99 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. ttjl99 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the platform, typically within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification requirements before processing. ttjl99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.

ttjl99 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ttjl99 will notify you and may request additional documentation to resolve the matter.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ttjl99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ttjl99 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• ttjl99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings;
• ttjl99 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has engaged in bonus abuse.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ttjl99 — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, sabong, Color Game, Go Rush, and Bingo — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

ttjl99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real-time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ttjl99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wagers refunded. ttjl99's decision in such matters is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttjl99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorized means;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ttjl99 staff or other players;
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing a minor (person under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the ttjl99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of ttjl99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ttjl99 platform without the prior written consent of ttjl99. Any unauthorised use of ttjl99's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttjl99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ttjl99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ttjl99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ttjl99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10 Privacy & Data

ttjl99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ttjl99.app/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ttjl99 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL/TLS encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and ttjl99 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

ttjl99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ttjl99 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where a breach is confirmed, ttjl99 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Amendments

ttjl99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ttjl99 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. ttjl99 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
